Please note: we ship all out items using Royal Mail. Royal Mail are experiencing service delays due to increased mail volumes and reduced staff numbers due to the pandemic. Please visit Royal Mail for more information

All orders placed with Webzonemobile before 2pm on Monday to Friday will be posted to you the same working day. Orders placed outside these times will be processed on the next working day (excluding bank and public holidays). Working days are Monday to Friday.

UK Orders

Estimated Delivery

2nd Class signed for. Royal Mail (up to 2kg) small parcel £4.45 Medium parcel £6.45. 3 – 5 working days after dispatch.

1st Class signed for. Royal Mail (up to 2kg) small parcel £5.55 Medium parcel £8.05. 1 – 3 working days after dispatch.

Any orders with a value over £20.00 will automatically be sent via a Royal Mail Recorded service, a signature will be required.

Please Note:

1. The estimated arrival times are taken directly from information provided by our couriers. These are estimates only.Webzonemobile are not responsible if this varies.
2. All deliveries will require a signature on receipt, However, where the value of your total order exceeds £50.00; we will send special delivery service.
3. In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to use alternative couriers.
4. Saturday deliveries are at the discretion of the couriers. It is our experience that in most cases they do choose to deliver to residential addresses on Saturday mornings.
5. When you sign for a delivery, you accept the item in the condition it arrives. Please ensure you check your item before signing for it, as we cannot be held responsible for the condition of an item once it has been signed for and accepted.
6. If goods are returned to Webzonemobile because of a failed delivery for any reason, the carriage cost is non refundable. We reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred to re-send the goods.
7. For missing or delayed items please note that we have to wait 15 days after the estimated delivery date before we are able to consider action such as a replacement or refund.
